Travel from Anywhere Test Kit Instructions

Thanks for ordering the Test From Anywhere Rapid Antigen Kit. By booking a virtual appointment with FH Health, you will be able to use this test for travel purposes. Once you have received your test kit and completed your virtual appointment, you will be sent a certificate that you can use to travel into any Country that accepts COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Tests.

Preparing for and joining your appointment:

Once you have booked an appointment, an email will be sent to you to confirm your appointment. You will receive another email 24 hours before your appointment with your joining details.

When it’s time to join your appointment, click on the link. You must enable sharing of video and microphone before you can join your appointment.  Please make sure that you have your kit code, your test kit and a form of photo ID. You will be asked to show these during the appointment. Please ensure that you have a working camera and speaker/microphone on the device you are using for your appointment. 

Your test kit code is a 5 digit code that has been printed on a small white sticker. There should be 2 test kit codes in your kit. If your test kit code isn't working or if you can't find it in your kit, please email us at with the name and order number of your kit and we will provide you with a new one. 

What to expect at your appointment:  

Please wait in the waiting room until the Nurse joins the appointment. The nurse will ask you to hold your ID up to the camera so that they can verify your identity. They will also ask to see your test kit code. The nurse will then instruct you to begin the test. Please ensure that you have washed or sanitized your hands before your appointment. 

The nurse will guide you through your appointment. You will be asked to hold your test up to the camera after 20 minutes have passed. 

Receiving your results: 

You will receive your test results via email within 30 minutes of completing your appointment. Please email us at if there are any problems.
